Our niche, and the
reason it makes sense to use Delta Plus is that we are a boutique firm
working on behalf of our clients to take their project to the marketplace
and secure the financing with a minimum of hassle and effort on the clients’
part. We offer a more personalized level of service and tend to have a more
focused approach than other firms. We look to build long term relationships
with our clients, who often have multiple properties.
Money is a very homogeneous product to offer, our money is just as green as
the next so we need our personal service and accessibility to be what sets
us apart. We negotiate terms to keep the fixed outside costs (appraisals,
title, engineering reports etc.) to a minimum. We strive to offer value to
our clients in addition to hard work.
